We are pleased to offer you the position of Teacher – Raghogarh, Dist.- Guna, Madhya Pradesh Under Gramin Shikashak Pariyojna Udaan 2.0, an educational and youth empowerment initiative of Maya Bai Lodhi Foundation. Your appointment will be effective from 15th November 2026.

This appointment is made based on your credentials and commitment towards social development and education for marginalized communities. This role involves classroom instruction, daily student attendance, academic monitoring, and regular reporting for the coaching center.

1. Designation & Posting

• Reporting To: Block Coordinator

2. Salary Structure (Monthly)

Total Fixed salary: Rs 4,500/-

*Salary will be paid as per performance and No Work No Pay mode

Additional Allowances:

• Performance-based incentives on recruitment and enrollments.
• Special travel reimbursement for official field work.
• Festival & achievement bonuses (as applicable).

3. Key Responsibilities

A. Roles & Responsibilities

• Students Enrollment: Minimum 20 Students per coaching centre.
• Take daily 2 hours regular tuition class.
• Daily Centre Operations, Cleanliness & Learning Environment.
• Live GPS Attendance & Academic Records maintenance.
• Expansion of Gramin Shikashak Pariyojna Udaan 2.0 in the village.
• Monitoring & Supervision of child progress.
• Regular daily reporting to Block Coordinator.
• If number of students comes below 15 will be marked as absent and in between 15-20 students marked as half day. Consecutive number of students below 15 for one week disqualification will be done and no salary will be paid.

B. Academic Monitoring

• Daily student attendance register maintenance.
• Periodic evaluation, test papers and progress tracking.
• Cooperate fully during surprise visits by Block and District Coordinators.

C. Reporting & Documentation

• Daily Reports: Class photo, GPS tag and student count submission via Mobile App / Web.
• Weekly Reports: Student progress & learning outcomes.
• Monthly Report: Monthly summary for salary release approval.

4. Terms & Conditions

• This is a Performance-based appointment.
• Salary will be released after submission and approval of monthly reports.
• Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice or equivalent compensation.
• All recruited staff will work strictly under organization rules, guidelines and ethics.
• Any misrepresentation, disciplinary violation or falsification of attendance will lead to immediate termination.
